TERMS OF SALE

We require seven (6) business days advance notice for ordering roses with personalized logos, icons and photographs. Five (3) business days for personalized phrases. Standard phrases require three (3) business days advance notice as long as the order is placed by 9:00AM . Please note, we recommend that you order one day earlier, then above stated minimums to guarantee shipment & avoid any problems. If a situation exists where you need an order as soon as possible, please contact us directly and we will be happy to see if we can accommodate.
